Sending an enquiry

When you select “Send enquiry”, your email address and the details you enter are sent through FormSubmit to hello@theweeden.co.uk. Your email address is required so that we can reply. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a childcare place.

FormSubmit processes and retains submissions for 30 days to provide its delivery and submission archive service. Its spam protection may use Google reCAPTCHA. Read FormSubmit’s privacy information. Please do not include sensitive information about your child.

When you email us

We receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use that information to discuss your childcare enquiry and respond to you. Our business email is provided by IONOS.

Please share only what we need for an initial conversation. You do not need to include your child’s full name, date of birth, medical information or documents. Contact us at hello@theweeden.co.uk if you would like to discuss or delete an enquiry.

Website services

This site does not add advertising trackers, visitor analytics or cookies of its own. It is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. These services may process technical connection information to deliver and protect the website.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to serve them. Links that open your email app are handled by your device and email provider.
